Refund Policy

We love our human hair toppers, however if you don’t, non-custom orders can be returned.  Simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving to receive a return authorisation number and shipping address. 
To receive a refund, the hair topper or wig must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving and a copy of the consignment note must also be received via email within this timeframe.  It must be in its original condition and packaging, which means no cutting, colouring, dyeing or styling. A tracking number and signature upon delivery must also be used.
Upon receipt of your order, our team will issue a refund if the item is in its original condition. Please allow a maximum of 7 business days for this to be processed.
In these cases, shipping, credit card fees, and PayPal/Stripe fees and the like remain non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
We assume no responsibility for items lost in transit and highly recommend sending via tracked post
