Stock Wigs and Toppers
By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, both available on our website.
We love our toppers, but if you don’t, non-custom stock orders can be returned. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to get a return authorization number and shipping address.
To qualify for a refund, return your item within 48 hours of receipt, and email us a copy of the consignment note within that time. The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging — no cutting, colouring, dyeing, or styling allowed. Returns must be shipped with tracking and require a signature on delivery.
You’re responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of any free or discounted shipping promotions. If customs or duty fees aren’t paid, the item will be sent back at your expense.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days if everything’s in order.
Shipping fees, credit card or payment processing fees, and a 15% restocking fee are non-refundable.
If Frankie Hair modifies your stock piece (colouring, cutting, etc.), it’s considered a custom order and not eligible for a refund. Once the lace is cut, no refunds apply.
We’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
Custom Orders
By confirming your order—whether online, in person, or over the phone—you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, both available on our website.
At Frankie Hair Toppers, we’re committed to making sure you love your custom piece. Each order is tailored to your unique needs, making it truly one-of-a-kind. We put a lot of effort into matching your natural hair colour, but because of lighting and natural hair variations, we can’t guarantee a perfect match.
If you’re not fully satisfied despite our best efforts, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Any refund will deduct costs for services like colouring, cutting, and postage. A 25% handling fee applies, and shipping, credit card, and payment processing fees are non-refundable. Custom pieces are generally non-resellable.
Facebook Marketplace Orders
Products Transferred from Facebook Marketplace
Where a product has been transferred from Facebook Marketplace to our website, at the request of the customer (including, but not limited to, purchases made to enable PayPal protection), the following terms shall apply:
Such products are sold on a final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable basis.
The customer accepts the product in its existing condition (“as is”).
Prior to purchase, multiple photographs of the product have been uploaded to the website. The customer acknowledges and accepts that:
Variations in colour may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, and differences in device screens (including phones, tablets, and monitors).
Exact colour representation cannot be guaranteed.
By completing the purchase, the customer confirms their understanding that these products are to be treated as custom orders and are therefore exempt from returns, refunds, or cancellations under our returns policy.
Products transferred from Facebook Marketplace are not eligible for any further discounts, including promotional codes, email sign-up offers, or other marketing incentives.
By proceeding with payment, the customer expressly agrees to and accepts these terms.
