At Frankie Hair Toppers, we ship all orders from Australia via Express Australia Post, usually within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs are included in the prices shown on the website.
All parcels require a signature on delivery, so please make sure someone is available to receive your package. If a parcel isn’t collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe, it will be returned to Frankie Hair Toppers, and any return or reshipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

International Shipping:
Please allow approx. 7-14 business days for delivery to all destinations. Fedex Tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable in case of a return or exchange. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
